MELKIOR ANNOUNCES REINSTATEMENT OF TRADING

Trading will be reinstated for Melkior Resources Inc. soon, following a reinstatement review by the TSX Venture Exchange.

Further to the company's news release of Jan. 29, 2021, the company advises that following the initial three-month term during which Integral Wealth Securities Ltd. provided market-making services in accordance with TSX-V policy and until the 12-month term of the agreement, the company extended the services on a month-to-month basis at $5,000 per month, under the terms of the original agreement. The services continued until February, 2024, when the company terminated the arrangement with Integral Wealth.
