Number of units: 2,914,750 flow-through (FT) units
Purchase price: 16 cents per FT unit
Warrants: 1,457,375 share purchase warrants to purchase 1,457,375 shares
Warrant exercise price: 25 cents for two years from the date of issuance
Number of placees: seven placees
Finder's fee: $22,400 cash and 140,000 warrants
Finder's warrant terms: Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at the price of 18 cents for a period of two years from the date of issuance.
Pursuant to corporate finance Policy 4.1, Section 1.9(e), the company issued a news release on Dec. 28, 2023, announcing the closing of the private placement.
