The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  two million (adjusted for 1:10 consolidation effective Feb. 26, 2020)

Original expiry date of warrants:  June 8, 2021

New expiry date of warrants:  June 8, 2023

Exercise price of warrants:  85 cents (adjusted for 1:10 consolidation effective Feb. 26, 2020)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 20 million shares with 20 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective June 14, 2018.
