MANULIFE EXPANDS SEGREGATED FUND LINEUP TO HELP CANADIANS GROW AND PROTECT THEIR WEALTH

Manulife Financial Corp. (Manulife Canada) has expanded its segregated fund lineup, adding eight new funds and increasing access to 11 existing funds to deliver greater choice and flexibility for advisers and their clients. The enhanced offering provides exposure to leading investment strategies through both mutual fund and ETF (exchange-traded fund) solutions, spanning actively managed and index-based mandates, while preserving the protection, estate planning and wealth transfer benefits that make segregated funds a cornerstone of many Canadians' financial plans.

The expansion includes new solutions across several leading investment managers, offering exposure to Canadian, U.S. and global equity strategies, income-focused mandates and ETF-based solutions. The additions reflect growing demand from advisers and investors for greater flexibility, broader investment choice, and solutions tailored to different financial goals, risk profiles and market conditions. The new funds include the following.

Manulife Investment Management

Driven by strong adviser demand, Manulife is expanding its segregated fund lineup with three strategies drawn from Manulife Investment Management's established mutual fund and ETF investment offerings. These new funds provide clients with access to differentiated U.S. equity, international dividend and short-term bond strategies within an insured investment solution. The new funds are:

• Manulife U.S. Opportunities Segregated Fund;
• Manulife Smart International Dividend ETF Segregated Fund;
• Manulife Smart Short-Term Bond ETF Segregated Fund.

Fidelity Investments Canada

Manulife is expanding its offering of segregated funds that offer access to Fidelity Investments Canada ULC's investment expertise, providing advisers and clients with access to a broader range of proven actively managed investment strategies across Canadian, global and balanced mandates. These new funds further enhance Manulife's lineup and provide investors with additional solutions to help meet their evolving investment needs:

• Manulife Fidelity Canadian Growth Company Segregated Fund;
• Manulife Fidelity Global Equity+ Segregated Fund;
• Manulife Fidelity Income Portfolio Segregated Fund.

Manulife BlackRock Core Equity ETF Segregated Fund

Manulife is enhancing its BlackRock offering with the launch of the Manulife BlackRock Core Equity ETF Segregated Fund. This all-in-one index equity solution seeks to offer long-term capital growth by providing investors with diversified exposure across Canadian, United States, international and emerging market equities, further enhancing Manulife's range of investment solutions and giving investors access to broad global market exposure in a single fund.

Manulife Invesco NASDAQ 100 ETF Segregated Fund

Manulife is expanding its ETF-based segregated fund lineup with the launch of the Manulife Invesco NASDAQ 100 ETF Segregated Fund. The fund provides advisers and clients with exposure to many of the largest and most innovative companies listed in the U.S. through an insurance contract.
