MANULIFE TO RELEASE FOURTH QUARTER AND FULL YEAR 2025 RESULTS

Manulife Financial Corp. will release its fourth quarter and full-year 2025 financial results after markets close on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2026, which will be made available at the Manulife website.

A live webcast and conference call are scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026, at 8 a.m. ET, where members of Manulife's executive leadership team will discuss the results, followed by a question-and-answer period with analysts.
