MANULIFE TO RELEASE FIRST QUARTER 2024 RESULTS

Manulife Financial Corp. will release its first quarter 2024 financial results after market close on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, which will be made available at the Manulife website.

A live webcast and conference call are scheduled for Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 8 a.m. ET, where members of Manulife's executive leadership team will discuss the results, followed by a question-and-answer period with analysts.
