MANULIFE DECLARES PREFERRED SHARE DIVIDENDS

Manulife Financial Corp.'s board of directors today declared quarterly shareholders dividends on non-cumulative preferred shares of Manulife Financial, payable on or after Sept. 19, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Aug. 23, 2023, as shown in the attached table.
