MANULIFE DECLARES PREFERRED SHARE DIVIDENDS

Manulife Financial Corp.'s board of directors today declared quarterly shareholders dividends on the following non-cumulative preferred shares of Manulife Financial, payable on or after June 19, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 24, 2023:

• Class A shares, Series 2, 29.063 cents per share;
• Class A shares, Series 3, 28.125 cents per share;
• Class 1 shares, Series 3, 14.675 cents per share;
• Class 1 shares, Series 4, 37.6823 cents per share;
• Class 1 shares, Series 9, 37.3625 cents per share;
• Class 1 shares, Series 11, 38.4938 cents per share;
• Class 1 shares, Series 13, 27.5875 cents per share;
• Class 1 shares, Series 15, 23.6625 cents per share;
• Class 1 shares, Series 17, 23.75 cents per share;
• Class 1 shares, Series 19, 22.9688 cents per share;
• Class 1 shares, Series 25, 29.375 cents per share.
