The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Medexus Pharmaceuticals Inc. will list additional shares at the open on Oct. 6, 2023. As stated in its short form prospectus dated Oct. 2, 2023, the company is issuing 3,389,900 units at $2.95 per unit in an offering, with each unit consisting of one share and one-half warrant. According to the TSX, each whole warrant will be exercisable at $3.65 per share until 5 p.m. Toronto time on the date that is 30 months following the closing of the offering.
