MDA SPACE TO HOLD ITS FIRST QUARTER 2024 EARNINGS CONFERENCE CALL AND ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS ON MAY 9, 2024

Annual and special meeting of shareholders
