The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date and the amendment of the exercise price of the following warrants.

Original exercise price of warrants:  36 cents

New exercise price of warrants:  31 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 29.65 million shares with 14,825,000 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective April 4, 2022.
