MAWSON ANNOUNCES FILING AND MAILING OF PROXY MATERIALS IN CONNECTION WITH THE ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Mawson Gold Ltd. has mailed and filed its notice of annual general and special meeting of shareholders and management information circular. Shareholders may download the circular in connection with the meeting from the company's website as well as under Mawson's profile on SEDAR+.

Mawson will hold the meeting on Thursday, Dec. 7, 2023, at 10 a.m. Pacific Time at suite 1305, 1090 West Georgia St., Vancouver, B.C., V6E 3V7.

Shareholders are encouraged to read the circular and vote their shares as soon as possible. The deadline for voting is at 10 a.m. Pacific Time on Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2023.

The board of directors of Mawson recommends that shareholders vote for all proposed items.
