LUMINA GOLD ANNOUNCES CONVERSION OF ROSS BEATY CREDIT FACILITY TO COMMON SHARES

Ross Beaty has converted $15.3-million of outstanding debt to common shares of Lumina Gold Corp. at a price of 42 cents per share pursuant to an amended and restated credit agreement dated Dec. 13, 2022 (see Dec. 15, 2022, news release for more details). As a result of this conversion, Mr. Beaty has been issued 36,484,604 common shares of Lumina, bringing his ownership in the company to 27.7 per cent.
