LIGHTSPEED COMMERCE APPOINTS TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY VETERAN RUPAL HOLLENBECK TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Lightspeed Commerce Inc. has appointed Rupal Hollenbeck to its board of directors, effective Oct. 1, 2026.

Ms. Hollenbeck is a technology industry leader with 30 years of experience across hardware, software and services, with a record of building and transforming brands and businesses across global and local markets.
Ms. Hollenbeck currently serves as the president and chief business officer of NextSilicon, a leader in next-generation computing solutions for AI (artificial intelligence) and high-performance computing. Previously, Ms. Hollenbeck served as president and chief commercial officer of Check Point Software Technologies, where she led global go-to-market operations. She has also served as chief marketing officer at Cerebras Systems and Oracle and held senior sales, marketing and general management roles at Intel, including leadership positions in the data centre business and across the Asia Pacific region. She currently serves on the board of directors of Cequence Security, a privately owned enterprise software security company.

Simultaneously, Lightspeed announced that Nathalie Gaveau will step down from the company's board of directors, effective Sept. 30, 2026. Lightspeed thanks Ms. Gaveau for her valuable contributions and dedicated service to the board.
