LEGEND POWER SYSTEMS PROVIDES UPDATE ON EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS

Effective Sept. 30, 2025, Paul Moffat, currently chief operating officer, will assume the role of interim chief financial officer of Legend Power Systems Inc. Florence Tan, the company's incumbent CFO, and who served in this role in a part-time capacity, will transition to an advisory role, continuing to provide strategic counsel to management. In addition, Leah Hodges has been appointed corporate secretary. The company does not anticipate any disruption to its operations or financial reporting as a result of these changes.
