These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 14,117,113 common shares with 14,117,113 share purchase warrants attached to purchase 14,117,113 shares, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Sept. 1, 2023. Out of 14,117,113 warrants, 1,255,560 warrants have been exercised thereof.
