LEGEND POWER ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE OF EQUITY INCENTIVES

Legend Power Systems Inc. has approved, subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange, the grant of 1.85 million incentive stock options to acquire common shares in the capital of Legend Power. Two hundred thousand of the options were granted to an investor relations consultant and the remainder to the directors of the company. The options are non-transferable and are exercisable until Sept. 1, 2028, at 18 cents per option, subject to vesting provisions, with one-sixth vesting six months from the date of grant and one-sixth vesting every six months thereafter.
