LOMIKO METALS ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING RESULTS

On Dec. 20, 2023, Lomiko Metals Inc. shareholders approved all of the resolutions put forth at the annual and special meeting of shareholders.

The number of directors was set at five and each of the following individuals was re-elected as directors of the company: Belinda Labatte, Eric Levy, Sagiv Shiv, Dominique Dionne and Lee Arden Lewis. Paul Gill, who has been a director of the corporation since 2006, did not stand for re-election. The company thanks Mr. Gill for his long-standing commitment to Lomiko and support of this team and its vision as a responsible developer of choice in Quebec, Canada. In addition, subsequent to the meeting, the board of directors appointed Ms. Labatte as interim chair, Mr. Shiv as lead independent director, and Ms. Dionne as chair of the ESG committee (environment, social and governance committee) and a member of the audit committee.

The appointment of Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP, chartered professional accountants, as the auditor of the company, and the authorization for the directors to fix the remuneration to be paid to the auditor, was approved. The 2023 omnibus incentive plan was reapproved.

Located 180 kilometres northwest of Montreal, the property consists of one large, continuous block with 76 mineral claims totalling 4,528 hectares (45.3 square km).
