The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of an additional 25-per-cent interest in certain exploration rights commonly known as the Galinee property, situated in the province of Quebec in the subject property as per the purchase agreement.

Consideration:  one million common shares
