The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 2,760,456 shares at a deemed price of 2.174 cents and 1.2 million warrants for the first quarter and 4,824,528 shares at a deemed price of 1.244 cents and 1.2 million warrants for the second quarter, in consideration of certain services provided to the company pursuant to an agreement dated July 5, 2023. Each warrant is exercisable into one share at five cents per share for five years from issuance.
