The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of 1000501971 Ontario Inc. (Zest). As consideration, the company issued 68,234,158 common shares at a deemed price of five cents per share to shareholders of Zest, of which 37.5 million common shares are held in escrow and will be released over a period of nine months in accordance with certain milestones.
