BROMPTON FUNDS DECLARE DISTRIBUTIONS

Brompton Funds has declared distributions payable on June 14, 2023, to Class A shareholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2023, for each of the funds noted herein.

Brompton Funds has also declared distributions payable on June 14, 2023, to preferred shareholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2023, for the fund noted herein.

The funds noted herein offer distribution reinvestment plans (DRIP) for Class A shareholders which provide Class A shareholders with the ability to automatically reinvest distributions, commission-free, and realize the benefits of compound growth. Class A shareholders can enroll in a DRIP program by contacting their investment adviser.

In accordance with its articles of incorporation in order to preserve the net asset value, the distribution for the month of May will not be paid on the Class A shares of Dividend Growth Split Corp. as the net asset value per unit (consisting of one Class A share and one preferred share) as at May 18, 2023 (after taking into account payment of the cash distribution), was less than $15. Dividend Growth Split will re-evaluate the payment of Class A share distributions in each month with the expectation that monthly distributions will be announced if the net asset value per unit of each fund meets this requirement.
