The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Life & Banc Split Corp. will list additional shares on the TSX at the open on Dec. 19, 2023. As stated in its prospectus supplement dated Dec. 12, 2023, the company is issuing up to 1,859,000 Class A shares at $7.80 per share and up to 5,243,111 preferred shares at $9.80 per share in an offering.
