LASSONDE INDUSTRIES INC. ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

The nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated March 27, 2025, have been elected as directors of Lassonde Industries Inc. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors, held today at its annual general meeting, are set out in the attached table.
