The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Karora Resources Inc. will list an additional 12.5 million shares at the open on June 15, 2022. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $4.80 per share, pursuant to the terms of a short form prospectus dated June 10, 2022.
