Cboe Canada Inc. has accepted the Kontrol Technologies Corp.'s notice of intention to commence a normal course issuer bid (NCIB) of up to 2,886,883 common shares, representing approximately 5 per cent of its issued and outstanding common shares as of April 1, 2024.

Purchases pursuant to the NCIB will be made by PI Financial Corp. on behalf of the company.
