The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the issuance of an aggregate of five million warrants (each exercisable into one common share at a price of 10 cents for a period of one year) to the lender and guarantor relating to an amendment to a credit agreement.

The company issued a news release on Sept. 12, 2023, confirming the amendments to its credit facility.
