KILLAM APARTMENT REIT ANNOUNCES FEBRUARY 2024 DISTRIBUTION

Killam Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust has declared its February, 2024, monthly distribution. The distribution of 5.833 cents per unit will be paid on March 15, 2024, to unitholders of record on Feb. 29, 2024.

Killam offers a distribution reinvestment plan (DRIP). Eligible unitholders may reinvest their cash distributions, on each distribution payment date, in additional units. Participating unitholders will receive an additional distribution of units, representing 3 per cent of the amount of the distribution reinvested pursuant to the DRIP.
