Effective at the close of business Thursday, April 30, 2026, the common shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the company. The company obtained the directors resolution on March 25, 2026, authorizing the delisting. The majority of minority shareholders of the company approved the delisting pursuant to a consent shareholders resolution dated March 25, 2026.
