Mr. Carlo Rigillo reports
KERMODE ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT AND DIRECTOR CHANGES
Subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, Carlo
Rigillo has been appointed chief executive officer, director and chairman of Kermode Resources Ltd., and Fraser
Hartley has been appointed as a director of the company.
Mr. Rigillo is a chartered professional accountant (CPA), and has over two decades of financial reporting
and capital markets experience. He holds a bachelor of commerce (BCom) degree from the University
of Toronto.
Mr. Hartley is a lawyer and founding partner at the firm Nexa Legal, practising in the areas of corporate
and securities law. He holds a bachelor of law (LLB) degree from the University of British Columbia.
To create a vacancy for the appointments of Mr. Rigillo and Mr. Hartley, Peter Bell has resigned as CEO and chairman of the company, and Tek Manhas and Maxime Lepine have resigned as
directors of the company. Mr. Bell continues to be the chief financial officer and a director of the
company. Kermode wishes to thank Mr. Bell, Mr. Manhas and Mr. Lepine for their contributions to the
company in their respective roles, and wishes Mr. Manhas and Mr. Lepine the best in their future
endeavours.
