Kermode Hires new CFO

Vancouver , British Columbia - (August 18, 2025) - Kermode Resources Ltd. (TSXV: KLM) ("Kermode" or the "Company") announces the appointment of Mr. Bryce Clark as Chief Financial Officer effective immediately. Mr. Clark succeeds Mr. Leon Ho who has served as CFO since February 2025.

Bryce Clark is the Managing Partner of Bryce A Clark & Associates Ltd. and has been a Member of The Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia since 2004.
