KERMODE HIRES NEW CFO

Kermode Resources Ltd. has appointed Bryce Clark as chief financial officer effective immediately. Mr. Clark succeeds Leon Ho who has served as CFO since February, 2025.

Mr. Clark is the managing partner of Bryce A Clark & Associates Ltd. and has been a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia since 2004.
