KERMODE TERMINATES FOUR PROPERTY OPTIONS

Victoria, British Columbia (April 2, 2025) - Kermode Resources Ltd. (TSXV: KLM) ("Kermode" or the "Company") announces that it has terminated its property purchase option agreements respecting its Khrysos / Silver Bell, Eastgate BC, Vigh Graphite, and Lightning Peak properties due to our inability to finance further work on them. Kermode has not completed the staged payments owing towards any of these property options, so it will not retain an interest in any of the projects.

CEO Peter Bell comments, "I am grateful to Aurum Vena Resources Co. and our other property vendors for bringing these projects to Kermode and giving us a chance to investigate them because an important factor for success going forward will be our ability to source bullish property deals."
