KERMODE ANNOUNCES OFFICER CHANGES

Kermode Resources Ltd. has appointed Leon Ho as its chief financial officer and corporate secretary.

Mr. Ho is a chartered professional accountant with extensive experience working with publicly listed mining companies and assisting them with their regulatory compliance and accounting needs.

Mr. Ho replaces Matthew Anderson as the chief financial officer and corporate secretary of the company. The company would like to thank Mr. Anderson for his contributions to the company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
