KERMODE ISSUES SHARES FOR SERVICES TO CFO FOR OCTOBER 2024

Kermode Resources Ltd. has provided an update on work in October, 2024, under the shares for services agreements with the chief financial officer. See Kermode's news releases dated April 9, 2024, for details.

The issuance price shall be one cent and the total amount of services provided was $2,500, which will be paid with 250,000 shares of Kermode to Malaspina Consultants Inc. All shares issued are subject to a four-month hold.
