Kermode completes $12,195 in September 2024 under Shares for Services Agreements with Justin Deveault

Victoria, British Columbia - (October 4, 2024) - Kermode Resources Ltd. (TSXV: KLM) ("Kermode") announces exploration work completed in September under the shares for services agreements with Mr. Justin Deveault. Details of the agreements are provided in Kermode's news release dated May 15, 2024.

The issuance price shall be $0.01 per share. The total amount of services was $12,195.23. The number of shares that will issued are 1,219,523 shares of Kermode. All shares issued are subject to a four-month hold.
