KERMODE CHANGE BLACK PANTHER TO BEATON GOLD PROJECT ON VANCOUVER ISLAND
Kermode Resources Ltd. has made changes to the Black Panther property purchase option. The changes include
reducing the size of exploration claims, changing the members of the vendor group and
changing the project name. The changes are subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Beaton gold project now comprises claims covering approximately 934 hectares with
claim numbers 1098836, 1103854, 1103723 and 1106076. The effective date remains Aug. 11,
2023.
The total share issuance remains 4.8 million shares, with the following schedule:
- 1.2 million shares on the effective date (paid on the effective date);
- An additional 1.2 million shares on or before 12 months following the effective date;
- An additional 1.2 million shares on or before 24 months following the effective date;
- An additional 1.2 million shares on or before 36 months following the effective date.
There are four owners (Justin Deveault, Michael Deveault, Justin McNutt and 802213 Alberta
Ltd.) who will share equally in all payments. The net smelter return royalty has been
changed to 1 per cent with a $1-million buy-down to remove the royalty, and
the sales participation right has been removed.
