KERMODE ISSUES SHARES FOR SERVICES TO CFO FOR AUGUST 2024

Kermode Resources Ltd. completed work in August, 2024, under the shares for services agreements with the chief financial officer.

The issuance price shall be one cent and the total amount of services provided was $3,140, which will be paid with 314,000 shares of Kermode to Malaspina Consultants Inc. All shares issued are subject to a four-month hold.
