KERMODE REPORTS RESULTS OF THE 2023 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Kermode Resources Ltd. has released the results of votes of the annual general meeting held today. The total number of shares issued and outstanding were 34,242,072. A total of 9,598,219 common shares representing 28.03 per cent of the company's issued and outstanding common shares were voted.
