Kermode issues shares under Shares for Services Agreements with CEO for March 2024

Victoria, British Columbia - (April 4, 2024) - Kermode Resources Ltd. (TSXV: KLM) ("Kermode") announces work completed in March 2024 under the shares for services agreements with the Chief Executive Officer. See Kermode's news release June 1, 2023, for details.

The closing share price of Kermode on April 1, 2024, was $0.02, which means the issuance price under the agreement shall be $0.02 per share.

The total amount of services provided by the CEO Peter Bell in March 2024 was $5,000, which will be paid with 250,000 shares of Kermode. All shares issued are subject to a four-month hold.
