KERMODE ISSUES SHARES UNDER SHARES FOR SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH
CEO FOR MARCH 2024
Kermode Resources Ltd. has provided an update on work completed in March, 2024,
under the shares for services agreements with the chief executive officer.
See Kermode's news release dated June 1, 2023, for details.
The closing share price of Kermode on April 1, 2024, was two cents, which
means the issuance price under the agreement shall be two cents per share.
The total amount of services provided by CEO Peter Bell in March, 2024,
was $5,000, which will be paid with 250,000 shares of Kermode. All shares
issued are subject to a four-month hold.
