Kermode completes $21,722 in March 2024 under Shares for Services Agreements with 911 EXPLORATION

Victoria, British Columbia - (April 4, 2024) - Kermode Resources Ltd. (TSXV: KLM) ("Kermode") announces work completed in February under the shares for services agreements with 911 EXPLORATION CORP. Details of the agreements are provided in Kermode's news release dated May 9, 2023.

The closing share price of Kermode on April 1, 2024, and the issuance price under the agreement shall be $0.02 per share.

The total amount of services provided by 911 EXPLORATION CORP. in March 2024 was $21,722, which will be paid with 1,086,120 shares of Kermode. All shares issued are subject to a four-month hold.
