KERMODE COMPLETES $21,722 IN MARCH 2024 UNDER SHARES FOR SERVICES
AGREEMENTS WITH 911 EXPLORATION
Kermode Resources Ltd. has provided an update on work completed in February under
the shares for services agreements with 911 Exploration Corp.
Details of the agreements are provided in Kermode's news release dated
May 9, 2023.
The closing share price of Kermode on April 1, 2024, and the issuance
price under the agreement shall be two cents per share.
The total amount of services provided by 911 Exploration in
March, 2024, was $21,722, which will be paid with 1,086,120 shares of
Kermode. All shares issued are subject to a four-month hold.
