Kermode hires Matthew Anderson as new CFO

Victoria, British Columbia - (March 20, 2024) - Kermode Resources Ltd. (TSXV: KLM) ("Kermode" or the "Company") announces the appointment of Matthew Anderson as Chief Financial Officer effective immediately. Mr. Anderson succeeds Andrew Low who has served as CFO since May 31, 2023.

Mr. Matthew Anderson, CPA, CA, is Managing Director of Malaspina Consultants Inc. where he has worked since July 2009 and serves as CFO for several public companies.
