Kermode issues shares under Shares for Services Agreements with
CEO and CFO for February 2024

(TSXV: KLM) ("Kermode") announces work completed in February 2024
under the shares for services agreements with the Chief Executive Officer
and Chief Financial Officer. See Kermode's news release June 1, 2023, for
details.
The closing share price of Kermode on March 1, 2024, was $0.01, which
means the issuance price under the agreement shall be $0.01 per share.
The total amount of services provided by the CEO Peter Bell in February
2024 was $5,000, which will be paid with 500,000 shares of Kermode. The
total amount of services provided by the CFO Andrew Low (Zhizhen Liu)
through NewCrest Consulting Corporation in February 2024 was $5,000,
which will be paid with 500,000 shares of Kermode to NewCrest
Consulting Corporation. All shares issued are subject to a four-month hold.

Agreements with Gold Range Company LLC
Victoria, British Columbia - (March 6, 2024) - Kermode Resources Ltd.
(TSXV: KLM) ("Kermode") announces work completed under the shares for
services agreements with Gold Range Company LLC. Details of the
agreements are provided in Kermode's news release dated August 16,
2023.
The closing share price of Kermode on March 1, 2024, and the issuance
price under the agreement shall be $0.01 per share.
The total amount of services provided by Gold Range Company LLC was
$34,153.70, which will be paid with 3,415,370 shares of Kermode. All
shares issued are subject to a four-month hold.

The total amount of services provided by 911 EXPLORATION CORP. in
February 2024 was $20,718.60, which will be paid with 2,071,860 shares
of Kermode. All shares issued are subject to a four-month hold.
