KERMODE ISSUES SHARES UNDER SHARES FOR SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH CEO AND CFO FOR FEBRUARY 2024

Kermode Resources Ltd. has provided an updated on work completed in February, 2024, under the shares for services agreements with the chief executive officer and chief financial officer. See Kermode's news release dated June 1, 2023, for details.

The closing share price of Kermode on March 1, 2024, was one cent, which means the issuance price under the agreement shall be one cent per share.

The total amount of services provided by Peter Bell, chief executive officer, in February, 2024, was $5,000, which will be paid with 500,000 shares of Kermode. The total amount of services provided by Andrew Low (Zhizhen Liu), chief financial officer, through NewCrest Consulting Corp., in February, 2024, was $5,000, which will be paid with 500,000 shares of Kermode to NewCrest Consulting. All shares issued are subject to a four-month hold.
