KERMODE SIGNS LOI FOR "SLEESE CREEK" PROJECT IN BC

Kermode Resources Ltd. has signed a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) to acquire the Sleese Creek project. The LOI provides a due diligence period extending to June 1, 2023. During this period, Kermode can conduct any work on the project prior to entering a definitive agreement for a property purchase option.

The project land position covers 699 hectares. The claim numbers are 1101588, 1101878, 1101879, 1102758, 1102836 and 1102837.

There are no cash payments and no work commitments. There is no sale participation right. There is a 1-per-cent royalty with a $1-million buy-down to eliminate the royalty. And there shall be an area of interest clause whereby the terms of this deal shall apply to any contiguous property that shall be acquired by either party or any property acquired within a five-kilometre radius.
