KERMODE COMPLETES $11,665 IN FEBRUARY 2023 UNDER SHARES FOR
SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH 911 EXPLORATION
Kermode Resources Ltd.
completed work in February under
the shares for services agreements with 911 Exploration Corp.
Details of the agreements are provided in Kermode's news release dated
Jan. 4, 2023.
The closing share price of Kermode on March 1, 2023, was 1.5 cents, which is
the price for share issuance under the agreements.
The total amount of services provided by 911 Exploration Corp. in
February, 2023, was $11,655.88, which will be paid with 777,058 shares of
Kermode. All shares issued are subject to a four-month hold.
