KERMODE COMPLETES $25,695 IN JANUARY 2023 UNDER SHARES FOR SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH PLANET X AND 911 MINING

Kermode Resources Ltd. completed work in January under the shares for services agreements with Planet X Exploration Services Ltd. and 911 Exploration Corp. Details of the agreements are provided in Kermode's news release dated Jan. 4, 2023.

The closing share price of Kermode on Feb. 1, 2023, was 1.5 cents, which is the deemed price for share issuance under the agreements.

The total amount of services provided by Planet X Exploration Services in January, 2023, was $20,000, which will be paid with 1,333,333 shares of Kermode. The total amount of services provided by 911 Exploration in January, 2023, was $5,694.68, which will be paid with 379,645 shares of Kermode. The grand total amount of work completed in January under the agreements was $25,695, which will be paid with 1,712,979 shares of Kermode. All shares issued are subject to a four-month hold.
