Kermode Announces Resignation of Francine Long from Board of Directors

Victoria, British Columbia   (October 3, 2022) - Kermode Resources Ltd. (TSXV:
KLM) ("KLM" or "Company") announces that Ms. Francine Long has resigned
from the Board of Directors, effective immediately. The Board of Directors is
searching for a new person to appoint as a third member. We thank Ms. Long for
